Regular Meeting

7:00 P.M.

1. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Brown.
2. The invocation was given by Superintendent McAfee.
3. The pledge of allegiance was observed.
4. Members present:  Todd Brown, Jeremy Casey and Brandon Rhodes. Members absent:  Nelwyn Almand and Jerry Bishop.
5. Minutes of  April 28, 2011, meeting were approved.
6. There were no requests for audience with individuals or groups.
7. There were no resolutions to consider.
8. Reports and old business:

Reports were given by Mr. Bradley, Mr. Cross, Mr. Jones and Superintendent McAfee.

It was moved by Casey, seconded by Rhodes, to approve personnel policies. Yeas 3, Nays 0. Motion passed.

9. New Business;
   1. Financial statements for period ending April 30, 2011, were reviewed.
   2. It was moved by Rhodes, seconded by Casey to approve payment of April warrants. Yeas 3, Nays 0. Motion passed.
   3. It was moved by Casey, seconded by Rhodes, to approve the 2012-13 proposed operating budget. Yeas 3, Nays 0. Motion passed.
   4. It was moved by Rhodes, seconded by Casey, to accept resignation/retirement of Linda Terry, for 2011-12 school year. Yeas 3, Nays 0. Motion passed.
10. Date of next board meeting was scheduled for June 30, 2011.
11. It was moved by Rhodes, seconded by Casey, to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.. Yeas 3, Nays 0. Motion passed.
